Manage your subscription: switch plans, check billing dates

Your subscription page

Sign in at matetranslate.com/account and open Subscription. It shows your plan (Mate Pro monthly or yearly, or Lifetime), the price, and the next payment date, or the access-until date if you've cancelled.

What you can do there depends on where you subscribed:

• Purchased from us (extension or direct Mac download): Update payment details and Cancel subscription.
• Purchased through the App Store: a Manage via Apple button that opens Apple's subscription page.
• Lifetime: nothing to manage.

Switch between monthly and yearly

App Store: open Apple's Subscriptions page (Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or via Manage via Apple), choose Mate, and pick the other plan. Apple prorates the change.

Purchased from us: cancel the current plan, then subscribe again with the other one. In the extension: Settings › Pro & Sync › Cancel subscription, then Resubscribe and choose the plan. Your Pro continues without interruption, and the new plan starts when the old period ends.

See when you'll be billed

The account page shows Next payment. The extension shows "Next billing: ‹amount› on ‹date›" in Settings › Pro & Sync, and the Mac and iOS apps show it in their Subscription section.
