How to apply a discount code

Discount codes from us work in the Paddle checkout, which is what you get when you subscribe from the browser extension or from the Mac app downloaded from our site.

1. Start the subscription as usual: in the extension, Settings › Pro & Sync › Subscribe Now; in the Mac app, Settings › Subscription.
2. In the checkout, look for Add coupon near the order total, before entering payment details.
3. Paste the code. The total updates immediately.
4. Finish the payment, then create or sign in to your Mate account.

App Store purchases

Discount codes don't work in Apple's checkout. If we've sent you an Apple offer code, redeem it in the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code. Otherwise, subscribe from the browser extension with the code; the subscription covers your iPhone and Mac too once you sign in there.

Code doesn't work?

Codes are case-sensitive and usually have an expiry date and a plan they apply to (monthly or yearly). If it still fails, email [email protected] with the code and a screenshot of the checkout.
