How to cancel your Mate subscription

You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

Subscribed through the App Store (iPhone, iPad, or the Mac App Store)

Apple manages these subscriptions. On your iPhone or Mac, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Mate and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Mate's own settings show Cancel subscription too; it takes you to the same Apple page.

Subscribed from us (browser extension, or the Mac app downloaded from our site)

Either of these works:

• Sign in at matetranslate.com/account, open Subscription, and click Cancel subscription.
• In the extension, open Settings › Pro & Sync and click Cancel subscription.

The page shows "Access until" with the date your Pro ends.

The Subscription page at matetranslate.com/account tells you: it shows Manage via Apple for App Store subscriptions and the cancel button for the others.

Changed your mind?

Before the end date, the account page and the extension offer Resubscribe. For App Store subscriptions, re-enable it in Apple's Subscriptions settings.
